January  1965 Established Daiichi Chuo Hakuyo Sobi Co., Ltd. in Osaka as a subsidiary of Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha, also commenced sales and processing of ship's equipment and stores.
June    1975 Renamed as First Marine Service Co., Ltd., having head office move to Tokyo, and commenced total general ship management services.
December 1987 Increased capital to 150 million yen.
April     1990 Increased capital to 210 million yen.
November 1995 Obtained Safety Management Certificate (International Safety Management Code).
February 1996 Obtained ISO 9001: 2000 (Quality management systems-Requirements) Quality Management Certificate.
November 1999 Moved Head Office from Chuo-ku, Tokyo to Koto-ku, Tokyo.
November 2007 Moved Head Office from Koto-ku, Tokyo to Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
December 2008 Obtained ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality management systems-Requirements) Quality Management Certificate.
July 2009 Opened Irifune Office.
July     2010 Merged with Yaesu Kaiun Kaisha Co., Ltd.,
July     2010 Increased capital to 220 million yen.
October  2010 Renamed as Daiichi Chuo Marine Co., Ltd.,
